I am a student of health and wellness, and early in my studies, I knew there must be something other than the traditional drastic methods of "getting healthy" I was coming across, but I didn't yet know what I was looking for. Personally, I had a lot of knowledge swirling around my brain, but I needed some help slowing down and figuring out how to implement changes in my life in a way I could transform my life without completely overhauling. Annie, Jen, and Lauren's program and their coaching allowed me to do just that.
Balance 365 helped me come to terms with slow, sustainable change. I didn't feel pressured to do things I couldn't sustain, but I got the encouragement I needed to change the things I knew would benefit me long term. I got over my all or nothing mentality with Balance 365. I left behind the idea that I could or should live a "perfect" day. I left behind the idea that if any day wasn't "perfect," I needed to feel guilty. Each day is just a day now.
