I joined Balance 365 because I wanted to be free from all the bullshit. I was tired of the cycle of bingeing and restricting. I had been in the free Facebook group for awhile and had grown to trust Jen, Annie and Lauren. After my past experiences it was important for me to feel safe.
The program is completely different than anything I had ever seen. The real work was in the mindset shift and learning to love myself and trust my body. I'm twelve months in and I'm no longer restricting, I'm exercising for enjoyment, I've lost 37 lbs. My skin and even my hair have improved!
